Machine's body designed & duplicated original Union Special's structure & system, which differ and better than Kansai Special's structure.
Equipped with patented 4 rows of shuttle plate, advanced, delicate design for weaving firmer, various smoking patterns than KANSAI system( which with 3 rows of shuttle plate only )
Also equipped with patented New Pin Tuck attachment, capable to pin-tuck with different sizes and different directions.
When Pin-Tuck device is not used, the VSM-25-NPT serie are able to do normal double chainstitch, or shirring (wrinkling) effects (by just replacing the Shirring Presser Foot ).

(b) smoking stitches
(c) shirring (wrinkling) effects
(d) shirring + smoking stitches simultaneously ( with or without elastic threads are all workable )
(e) pin-tuck effects
(f) pin-tuck effect with smoking stitches
There are models of 12, 16, 21, 25, 50 needles available.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for wide ranges of fashions, bedclothes, raw materials etc., decorating design purpose.
